My Story
About Me
Graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with
a bachelor degree of Business Administration, Marketing in May, 2020.
My dream is to become a marketer who can understand customers' wants and needs, and provide solutions for them.
Although "hard-working" is overused word in a job resume, no word can describe me better than this word. I always strive to work hard and smart to overcome challenges and achieve my set-goals. My motto is "lack of direction, not lack of time, is the problem. We all have twenty-four hour days" by Zig Ziglar.
As being an international student in the U.S. , I can adapt to a new environment quickly, and work well with people with different ethnicity, culture, and beliefs.

- Create two weekly newsletter emails: one about the company’s medical device and the other about skincare product
- Analyze performance of the company’s social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

Kankyu Academy of Japanese Language Office (Tokyo, Japan) : Part-Time
- Translated over 20 pages of critical English applications into Japanese for the school per day
- Provided organized, translated documents by Microsoft Word and Excel for the school to make the screening process easier
- Managed time efficiently to finish tasks given by employers during a busy period of accepting applications
Hotel Marriott Ginza (Tokyo, Japan) : Part-Time
- Interacted with more than 100 customers per day with friendly and generous attitudes to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Collaborated with other banquet servers to deliver fast and the best customer services, which resulted in an increase in productivity in the workplace
- Taught new servers how to set up tables and serve food to keep high-quality service
